Buying Tickets

Our site is secure and PCI Compliant. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you receive a Gateway Error during checkout, 9.5 times out of 10 this is a credit/debit card billing address issue. Please verify the address of the card with your bank and try one more time. If you're still having problems, do not hesitate to let us know. PLEASE NOTE: We have a very strict NO REFUND policy on all tickets.  

Selling Tickets

Are you a touring band, promoter or venue looking to sell tickets for your shows and events?

  • Hosting an event with Hello Tix is easy and 100% free to use! The entire face value of each ticket sold will go directly into your pocket. Hello Tix will add a 15% Service Fee (+Sales Tax in the State of AZ) on top of the price of each ticket sold to cover our maintenance and credit card fees.
  • Upon approval, you can immediately submit your events through a merchant portal with full control over everything; Images, description, options, pricing, and more. You'll even have your own branded page to direct customers to. Just like this one!
  • You will have an order management panel that allows you to view orders as they come in. At this time, our service is only available for general admission, will-call tickets only. Print at home, iOS Wallet and Physical Tickets will be available at a later date for an additional fee per event.
